INSTUCTIONS:
-Unzip all the files to your main Midtown Madness directory.
-Use "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" to go to your Midtown Madness directory.
-Double click racecity2.exe to run the dedicated EXE
-Watch the movie
-In the race selection screen, click "race locales" and select RaceCity2
-Continue to car selection as normal

Features:
-Added pedestrians
-Added traffic
-Added objects such as trees, trailers, signs, phone booths, etc. (basically everything but stop signs and lights)(over 890 props)
-Added new Graphic-User-Interface, such as vehicle selection screen etc...
-Added cops
-Added better Cnr with 10 locations
-Compatibility with other EXE mods
-Added 3 more Circuit Races(total of four, which increase in difficulty), 1 Checkpoint Race and 1 Blitz Race
-Useable map in the bottom right corner of the screen, both in normal and zoomed in ("e") mode
-Added the Eltrain and the Airplane. Eltrain goes around the city while the plane has his own little runway.
-New AR name to not overwrite the old RaceCity.

Fixes from the Beta Version:
-No Lag from old eltrain rail (~20000 polys less to load)
-Fixed positions of some objects
-This Readme
-Fixed "cars missing in races" bug
-New User Interface
-New Graphic User Interface
-Unabitility to extract files from my AR.

Comments/Bugs:
-New EXE permitting better affiliation with RaceCity 2, you don't need to use this exe, but it is recommended.
-Do not select long vehicles such as the Kenworth or the Bus, this causes the game to crash.
  I can't really fix this
-The code "postal" does not work, it crashes the game.
-You can run this with normal Midtown Madness settings, it's not really a crash-happy track
-The purpose of creating this track was to incorporate things to make it a real city instead of an empty field
-This is probably the final version.... my next projects are moving to chicago mods.
-Angel Studios made the model of the track, put it in-game and added a race :) I did everything else.
-Lights appear with all objects during the night, d'oh! i can't fix this
